Encryption in transit
This website and every product sign-in address are served only over HTTPS with valid TLS certificates.

Encryption of stored files
Documents, attachments or media are stored encrypted in the products listed. Scope differs by product: Vaulteer offers per-file encryption as an option.

Company-scoped data isolation
Each customer company, workspace or entity is kept separate from other customers.

We do not claim any other certification. Hosting regions are confirmed per product during your security review.

Data retention and deletion
Customer data in a product is kept for the term of your subscription and handled at the end of it as set out in your agreement. You can ask us to export or delete your data through the contact form.
Trial requests: unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours, and rejected or expired requests are deleted after 180 days. See the trial privacy notice.
Some products offer configurable retention settings (for example MeetIQ) and legal hold (Vaulteer). Website inquiries are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsible AI
- Customer data is not used to train AI models.
- AI outputs are advisory. Sensitive decisions stay under human review and approval.
- AI features are described on each product page so you know where AI is used.
