Trial privacy notice
VisionX Software is operated by VisionX LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA.
Purpose. We use the details in your trial request only to verify your email address, review the request, prevent abuse and set up your trial in the product you chose.
Specialist contact. A VisionX specialist contacts you only if you tick the optional box asking us to. Trial requests are never added to marketing lists.
Retention. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours. Rejected and expired requests are deleted after 180 days. Approved trials are kept while the trial or a resulting subscription is active.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your trial request at any time through our contact page. Deletion is recorded in our audit log without keeping your details.
Security. Requests are visible only to VisionX platform administrators protected by two-factor authentication.
