1. Scope and responsibility

VisionX Software is operated by VisionX LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“VisionX”, “we”), serving business customers worldwide. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website, during sales conversations and in account administration. For customer data processed within an individual product, the applicable order, product notices and data processing agreement also apply. When we process that data on a customer's instructions, the customer determines the purposes of processing and is responsible for its own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide in contact, demo and trial forms, including your name, work email, organization, job title, phone number, country, team size, website, preferred meeting time and time zone, product interests, intended use and expected usage. Optional fields and optional contact preferences are identified on the form. We also process correspondence, account and authentication information, consent preferences, and technical records needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, access times and security events. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in public forms.

If you accept optional analytics, usage information such as visited pages and interactions may be measured. Optional analytics is not required to use the site and is not enabled by rejecting it.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, verify and review trial requests, deliver contracted services, manage accounts, prevent abuse, protect systems, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. For EU/UK visitors, the bases are steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B business, legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics or consent-based communications. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Trial requests are not added to marketing lists.

4. Cookies and similar storage

Necessary cookies or local storage support authentication, sessions, anti-abuse protections and your privacy choices. They remain enabled. Optional analytics requires your affirmative choice. Accept, reject or customize the choice in the banner, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer. Choices are remembered for up to 180 days before being requested again; clearing browser storage removes the saved choice.

5. Retention

We retain inquiry and demo details only while needed for the conversation, a resulting business relationship or a legitimate operational or legal purpose, and review records for deletion when those purposes end. Contract, accounting and security records may need longer retention to meet legal obligations or establish or defend claims. Trial-specific periods and expiry rules are described in the trial privacy notice. Deletion may take additional time for scheduled reviews and protected backups; backups remain restricted and are removed through their normal lifecycle. You can request deletion sooner, subject to applicable exceptions.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We share information only as needed with service providers acting under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, including hosting, storage, email, authentication, support and approved analytics processors; advisers where necessary; authorities when legally required; and parties to a business transfer with suitable protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use form submissions to train public AI models. Information may be processed in the US and other countries. Where required for EU/UK transfers, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses and the relevant UK transfer mechanism. Ask us for information about safeguards applicable to your processing.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. EU/UK residents may complain to their local supervisory authority and withdraw consent at any time. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may request information about collection and disclosure, access, correction and deletion, and exercise applicable opt-out or sensitive-information rights without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. We honor legally applicable Global Privacy Control signals for sale/sharing opt-outs; optional analytics remains subject to the separate consent choice.

Use our contact form and identify your request as a privacy request. An authorized agent may act for you where allowed. We may reasonably verify identity and authority, and respond within the periods required by applicable law. For information controlled by your employer or a product customer, contact that organization first; we assist it as required.

8. Security, children and changes

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted access and security logging. No system can guarantee absolute security. These services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16; do not submit children's information. We update this policy when practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through our contact page.
